Training hurts

Training for this Java Run is going to kill me. Tonight my back hurt from the start and my right leg.

I usually never have any pain while running, but this extensive training is wearing me down.

I ran with a rollerblader tonight it was motivational; accept I had to wait for him to get his blades on while watching my mile per minute go from low 8's to over 9mm's. I had to run like hell up and back down Lincoln Ave to get my average back to 8mm's! I cant keep up with a rollerbader, but it's still fun!
