Crab Legs

Made the 20 mark actually sitting at 22 miles. Tonight was a two part run. The first part was 1.5 miles I guess it was good warm up with a 7:36mm. I ran over to a friends house for crab legs, a biscuit, and cookie. Washed it all down with a glass of water and hit the road. For the second part scroll down; moreover, I think the crab legs tacked on an extra minute a mile. The food was good and the run felt great. Better than running through hell!
