After an hour of work I snapped and went for a quick run! After not running for a few days it was about time. Started out with a nice hill right away within the first mile. From there I headed to the best hill for running around here and if it were twice as long it'd be perfect! It's marked on the map! What a relaxing run, at a relaxing pace! I forgot how good running in the morning felt, but I have to get back to work! I Just might have to start hoofin' it at 0530 again! Gotta run, Chris Activity
