I'm really expecting for my running to go like prestige mode in Call of Duty? Most of all, I just need to maintain my weekly mileage and the speed will come back! Yesterdays run felt good, it was about 6 miles and I thought I was really cruising along! Well, until I looked at AllSport GPS on my BlackBerry. I was pretty bummed to see that what I thought was haulin' ass, was barely 8mm's. I can't believe that cutting millage back for such a short time, slowed me down so much. But like I said, I expect like in prestige mode, it won't take to long to level up this time! Today's run is better than yesterdays, so now I'll just have to see what tomorrow's run brings? Gotta run, Chris Activity

Take a Break and Running's like Prestige Mode in Modern Warfare

Back to Business, well Running like it's Nobody's Business
Okay, I've been slacking, but not as bad as it looks! I have been running, just haven't been blogging about every run. And for good reason, my last few runs have been nothing to write home about! For example this run today is the exact same run from about a month ago. Accept the run from a month ago was done in f'ing boots and they are the same pace. I ran faster in snow with YakTrax strapped to my damn shoes in January! This is totally unacceptable to me and I will get back to business! I used to run 20 mpw now I'm going to ramp it up. To what I don't know? But after a few weeks I'll have a pretty good idea what my spring running schedule will be. However, I probably am not going to blog about every run because, I'm going to run everywhere like to work the bar, McDonald's, Pizza Hut you name it? Therefore I will be stopping my GPS quite a bit, so it would be a pain in the ass to blog every single run! Nevertheless, all my runs are hanging out where AllSport puts them. Neatly on my Trimble Outdoors account, regardless of whether I blog about a run or not! Gotta play Conviction it's the 13th, Chris Activity

After a few Weeks off This is a 2-part Run 15-miles Total, Stopped for Ice Cream
They say if you don't use it you lose it? I'm talking about running, come on, what are you thinking? Well the last time I ran was 17 March and I swore I'd never take more than a week off again. Turns out I didn't lose it and was able to make a few medium range runs. Although, not as fast as I should be running in April, but I made the hauls (like a slow movin' train). After recovering from some pretty hard-core blisters I didn't run much. Hell, it looks like March sucked for running, only four runs in all of March. Okay, here's the skinny, since the 17th of March I got heavily addicted to Battlefield Bad Company 2 and Modern Warfare 2 for the first week and a half playing non stop! It's fair to say I was somewhat of a couch potato. And then, I caught the damn flu and ended up sick as a dog for the last week. So after finally feeling better, I decided that it's about time to get hoof in' it! But I felt sick as dog running home after eating so much in between my runs today! After today's runs I only have 200 miles in for the year about 75-miles in January, 75 in February and a measly 25 in March. So far it's a good start with April, but I need to maintain my 20-miles per week standard to get back into comfortable 7mm's. Note: Scroll down past the first run to see the stats from the second run. Gotta run, Chris Activity
